It was another successful K-Days Parade in Edmonton! Mike and Jaden had a great time meeting constituents and waving to the spectators. Jaden was at his excitable best, giving high fives and big smiles as he stood at the back of a pickup truck with Mike. The Parade was the kickoff of 10 “K-Days” – Edmonton’s biggest summer festival.
Mike has been attending the K-Days Parade since he was first elected in 2006. The parade is a wonderful tradition that allows residents to see various community organizations, and to instill a sense of community pride and civic duty. Its always a highlight of the summer!
