Official Opening of Montrose Manor in Beaumont Wednesday, 29 August 2012 On Wednesday, August 29, Mike spoke at the official opening of Montrose Manor in Beaumont.

This new building provides 66 additional units of affordable housing in Beaumont - a new place to call home for low-income individuals, seniors, families, people with disabilities and those at risk of homelessness.

This project has received more than $2.8 million in federal funding, including more than $2.3 million through the Canada-Alberta Affordable Housing Program and close to $480,000 under the stimulus
phase of Canada’s Economic Action Plan.  These investments give hope to residents who need quality, affordable housing that meets their needs.
